Offer a perfect home for the classic car while still coming into contact with like-minded people? The Classic Depot now offers this in six locations in Germany. We are working on further expansion and new locations. Our aim is to establish a continuous network of locations in the DACH area under the CLASSIC DEPOT brand in the mid-term and to expand our market leadership in the field of high-quality, stylish and safe car storage. APPIA Development acts as a developer and operator as well as a brand and franchisor.

The concept

Classic Depot is more than just a parking lot or garage. Usually, a historical building has been developed into a meeting place for automobile enthusiasts, in which anyone interested can rent. The buildings, be it a bus depot or a former automobile production hall, breathe the flair of days gone by. For tenants, there is not only the possibility of working on the car themselves with a lifting platform and equipment, but also to meet in lounge-like club rooms.

Locations

There are currently branches in Darmstadt, Mühltal, Frankfurt, Hochtaunuskreis, Rüsselsheim and Vienna. With a large open area for visitors, the latter offers a whole world of classic car experiences including gastronomy. Further locations will be added in 2022
